Abby Miller
LCMHC-A
Real Talk, Real Change.
My name is Abby Miller. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A) for the State of North Carolina. I graduated from Wake Forest University with my Bachelor’s in Sociology and East Carolina University with my Master’s in Counseling. I have 12 years of experience in mental health working with individuals, groups, and families. I enjoy working with people of all ages and have experience in anxiety, trauma, ADHD symptoms, life transitions, career counseling, self-esteem, and sports/athlete counseling.
I am a genuine and compassionate therapist committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges. My approach is grounded in empathy, active listening and evidence-based practices. Theoretically, I use a collaborative approach drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality, Solution-Focused and Person Centered Therapy. I believe in creating a safe non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace. With a focus on building trust and fostering growth, I work collaboratively with clients to help them unlock their potential and lead more fulfilling lives.
If you're ready to work on yourself and make real change, contact me to schedule a session. I'll help you navigate challenges, build better coping skills, and move forward in a way that makes sense for you. Let's get to work. I look forward to meeting you.
Abby’s self-pay rate is $150/session
